The Priory School – Part 4 Of 6 (sherlock Holmes)

Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Not as good as the book, but still worth watching.

I absolutely love how they speak, it’s a shame we no longer do so but I completely agree, definitely needs reviving! I’m determined to call someone an ‘Insufferable lout’ :D The dialogue is something I love so much about this series and the Victorian era :D

Yes, that language is dead, but the world is still full of insufferable louts–only now we call them f@%king a@%holes. The old terms are so much more elegant!
